Yoga Instructor Crystal will lead us in an easy beginner friendly yoga sequence that will be focused on releasing and recharging for the New Year !

Afterwards we’ll wind down even more with tea time and a vision board activity!

Come ready to create with magazines, and print outs of things that represent your vision and goals for the New Year !
